- To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact within 30 days of delivery.
- Certain items are non-returnable, including custom or personalized jewelry, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.

- Contact us at info@gemflaree.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will respond with a return authorization and detailed instructions.
- Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases where the return is due to an error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Processing Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

- If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receipt. We will process an exchange if the item is available. If the desired replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be provided.
