If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a Refund and Returns Policy to help you with your return or exchange process. 1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, or accessories that came with the item.
  • Timeframe: You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we will not be able to accept returns or issue refunds.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Final sale or clearance items.

3. Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Before sending any items back, please contact our customer service team at info@gemflaree.com or call us at (928) 428-5850. Provide your order number and the reason for the return, and our team will guide you through the process.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we have reviewed your return request, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be included with your return shipment to ensure proper processing.

  3. Pack Your Return: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, or documentation. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.

  4. Shipping: Return the item to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a carrier with tracking and insurance to prevent loss or damage during shipping.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return requirements. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds for Payments Made by Credit/Debit Card: Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • Partial Refunds: If the item is returned in a damaged or used condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the return.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving the product). We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. You may be asked to provide photos of the damage or defect for verification.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product. We recommend using a reliable, trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

8. International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, please ensure the return shipment is marked as a “return” to avoid customs duties or taxes being applied. Any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process are non-refundable.
